Sheryn Abalos was raised in Canada where she became a passionate foodie and vegan for over 20 years, since she was 14 yrs. old. She is the Creative Food Director and owner of the Art of Food in Miami's Design District, Miami's premier organic, gourmet vegan and live-food "IT" SPOT, and the former owner of Naked Earth Natural Foods Restaurant on Miami Beach. She is the resident Live-food and Vegan Chef for Whole Foods Miami where she teaches on a monthly basis. Sheryn is available for private and group live-food preparation classes and vegan cooking classes, restaurant consultation, kitchen design and catering. She owns Vegan Lovegoods - an innovative company specializing in healthy and delicious live-food and vegan products.
